 Dave Pratt
Dave Pratt is one of the most sought after speakers on sustainable agriculture and profitable ranching in the world today. He has taught the Ranching for Profit School in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia and Africa.
Dave grew up on a small ranch and worked for cattle and sheep ranchers in Northern California where he learned ranching from the bottom up. In addition to his practical roots, Dave holds BS and MS degrees from the University of California and Washington State University. A Range and Livestock Advisor with the University of California Cooperative Extension Service for 15 years, Dave researched management intensive grazing and strategic issues impacting the sustainability of ranches. While with the University, he earned a reputation for innovative teaching with a practical edge. Dave was instrumental in developing the Sustainable Ranching Research & Education Project, a large-scale, long-term effort to develop, research and demonstrate economic, environmental and socially sustainable ranching practices. He also co-founded the California Grazing Academy, which provided ranchers hands-on experience applying management intensive grazing.
Dave began working with Stan Parsons, who created the Ranching for Profit School and founded Ranch Management Consultants, in 1991. Dave began teaching the Ranching for Profit School in 1992. In April 1999 Dave became CEO of Ranch Management Consultants, Inc.

Peter McBride
Peter McBride is at home in the class room and on the range. With ranch operations in Texas and South America, he has years of practical experience in a wide variety of political, social, economic and ecological environments. A former Division Manager for King ranch, Peter was one of the first ranchers in North America to implement cell grazing. An Aggie from Texas A&M, he holds a BS in Range Management.
Peter began working with international ranching consultant Stan Parsons in 1983 and has taught the Ranching for Profit School in the United States, Australia, Mexico and South America since 1995.

 Allan Crockett
Allan Crockett graduated from the University of Arizona in 1985 with a degree in Animal Science and Business. Since that time, he has managed cattle ranches, owned his own cattle and horse businesses and worked as a ranch consultant and facilitator in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Allan began facilitating ranch families, teams and businesses in the early 1990’s. He has experienced first hand the successful results that can occur as people find common ground, develop a vision, hold each other accountable, and work together to achieve their goals. Working in diverse environments, he’s found that the concepts taught in the Ranching For Profit School and Executive Link apply in Canada, Mexico, the United States, and for that matter, any other part of the world.

Executive Link Facilitators
Ranch Management Consultants has a great team of facilitators who work with the Executive Link program, assisting in EL board meetings and supporting RFP alumni.

 Irv Bard
|
A native of Wyoming, Irv resides on the family ranch near Sheridan with his wife Cathy and daughter Ellie. Irv first attended the Ranching for Profit School in the late 1980s with Stan Parsons, and later in 2000 with Dave Pratt. Currently Irv works for Farm Credit Services of America as a financial officer and runs a small cow/calf and stocker operation.

 Sarah Davies
|
Sarah has a background in business and banking that she has put to good use managing Rainey Ranch with her husband Steve. The ranch is located in Lone Prairie, BC and is a grass-based cow-calf, yearling operation. The Rainey’s also direct market grass finished beef, pasture poultry, and eggs. Sarah is very interested in grazing and grass management and is a Grazing Mentor in her area. Sarah spent 5 years in Executive Link and now enjoys facilitating and helping other ranchers.

 Pete Ferrell
|
Pete Ferrell has worked at the Ferrell Ranch (established by his great-grandfather in 1888) all his life. He became general manager in 1980 and in 2003, developed 4L Grazing, LLC, a professional grazing company. From June 2004 to December 2005, he was executive coordinator for the formation of the Tallgrass Beef Company owned by Bill Kurtis. Pete initiated the development of the Elk River Wind Farm, is a project development consultant for Energy for Generations, LLC (a wind power development company)and a founding member of Salt of the Earth Management, LLC (a branded beef pipeline).

 Guy Forell
|
Guy Forell is the President/CFO of ACB Bank in Cherokee, OK. ACB Bank has three locations in Cherokee, Garber and Waukomis, Oklahoma and specializes in rural and agricultural loans. In addition, Guy consults with small businesses and start-ups. Guy and his wife Kelly own a furniture store, accounting firm and a small farm operation. Guy holds a Master of Education Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

 Kelly Forell
|
Kelly grew up on a small farm in central Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor in Animal Science degree. She passed the CPA exam in 1997 and now owns her own CPA firm, k.forell & associates, pllc. She and her husband Guy live with their 3 children on a small ranch north of Alva, OK. Kelly and Guy attended a Ranching for Profit school in the late 1990's and have been assisting with various programs since. Kelly is passionate about the application of various financial tools taught by RMC and has seen some good businesses become great.

 Roger Ingram
|
Roger Ingram is the UCCE County Director/Livestock and Natural Resources Advisor for Placer and Nevada counties in northern California. He is a co-author of Pasture Primer, a video course on controlled grazing and also produced Belief and the Will to Do It, an instructional booklet on low stress livestock handling. Roger is an instructor for the California Grazing Academy, an intensive hands-on grazing school. In 2003 he established the California Browsing Academy, a hands-on school utilizing goats, and worked with other advisors to establish the California Sheep Academy in 2007.

 Bill Milton
|
Bill Milton ranches with his family in central Montana. As a long time facilitator and community organizer, Bill is committed to building resilience through dialogue. Bill's practice is an expression of many kind, wise, and generous teachers - many of whom are the clients he serves.

 Dina Moore
|
Dina Moore ranches with her husband Mark in northern California. She attended her first Ranching for Profit school in 1985 and was active in the early days of Executive Link. Dina has been active in the EPA, the North Coast Regional Water Quality Board in California and the Yager/Van Duzen Environmental Stewards. In March 2008, Dina and Mark were honored as recipients of the Humboldt/Del Norte Cattlemen of the year for their watershed work.

 Steve Rainey
|
Together with his wife Sarah, Steve owns and operates Rainey Ranch, the ranch he was raised on in Lone Prairie, BC. The ranch is a grass-based operation consisting of cow-calf, yearlings and a direct marketing business. Steve currently divides his time between the ranch and an engineering position in the oil and gas industry. In 2007, the ranch completed five very beneficial years in the Canadian EL and Steve now enjoys facilitating.

 Elaine Young
|
Elaine Young lives in Osoyoos, British Columbia, Canada. When she retired from teaching in 1994, Elaine attended a Ranching for Profit school in Calgary and became a charter member of Executive Link in Canada. With the help of principles learned at the school, and the support of their Executive Link board, Elaine and her husband Gordon built their beef and then bison, reindeer and whitetail deer business. After 26 years of ranching, circumstances dictated the sale of their livestock in 2002. Elaine now assists other ranch businesses in using the ICA process, as well as facilitating at EL meetings.
